A. There might be one or two defectives but there s nothing great to talk abt tat in this professional meeting. and if asked again just one or two. never say tat u have coll on Saturday or they give many assignments. because it will create a bad impression about you...

A. You should hire me because of my knowledge,skills(state Ur skills) so a reputed company LIKE XXX should hire me...
5.Tell me reasons why i should NOT hire you?
A. I would like to answer for reasons why shud you hire me and i will answer your question after reasoning why u shud hire me... (tell ur capabilities...) now answering ur question sir... the only reason why you should not hire me is tat you don't have sufficient time to evaluate my skills.
6.While introducing yourself just start with your strength...say " i am XXX confident person"....
7. while u enter the room just wish him and say i am looking for very good interactions with you sir....
8.When asked about your goal just specify it along with deadline.
9.What s your short term goal?
A. My short term goal is to get placed in a reputed company LIKE XXX as soon as i finish my graduation or earlier.
10.How long will you stay with our company?
A. I will stay as long as you feel i am growing and contributing for your company.
11.If asked a Difficult question?
A. I am really sorry sir,i could not recollect now. DON'T say that you don't know.
A. If you partially know the answer, just begin as "To be very frank/honest,i know the answer partially and with your consent i will proceed sir."
12. If any illegal question s asked?
A. Just answer as "Right now am not in a position to answer sir".
13.Use both the hands while you speak. do not carry handkerchief in hands.
14.When your freezed and unable to answer,just smile.
15.if you have scored less in coll than +2 or 10th and interviewer ask why so?
A. "just spread a smile and say that marks in UG does not reflect my actual ability and say i am good not only in academics but also in extra curricular(specify something).
16. When they say your technically wrong?
A.Sir,with the best of my knowledge ,i told this answer. You being experienced, please help me with a better answer.
17.Why did you choose this profession?
A. When i finished my +2 , i had many options. i chose engg because he need problem solving and analytical skills and i felt i have tat.
18. When asked about the subjects u studied?
A. Tell all the subjects including practicals.
When asked about authors of books you follow, just say standard authors. DON'T ever say local authors names.
AVOID THESE WORDS:
Basically, I mean, You know, Well, As such,Extremely,Exceptional, Outstanding.
Just say as I am fairly good in this subject.
Questions to interviewer:
1. Ask for additional information.
2.Can you tell the responsibilities i might hold?
3. Does your company encourage further education?
4. In what should i improve to perform well in my training?
5.Will i have the opportunity to work on special projects?
6.What will be the main challenges, i will face in first six months?

Do not take ball point pens worth rs.5 or rs.10. have a good looking and good writing pen.
do not take pouch with ZIP because that sound may irritate the interviewer. so have folding type pouch.
Open the door in such a way that u are fully seen. don't peep into their room. Don't ask EXCUSE. Instead ask "May i come in or Shall i get in?"
In stress interviews they will check for your reactions. So never react suddenly. Keep calm. think some time before you answer.
For eg. when they ask why did you come here and throw ur file..( it happens in worst case and will not happen for you)
Just say " Sir, think you are not being well. I will wait for your call outside".
If your a core dept student, then he may ask why you opt IT?
say lik Learning is never ending process. So i would like to learn about IT services also sir.
If asked will you go for higher studies, don't say u ll go. tell them tat u wont go for higher studies.
Never answer in a word or two. Answer in two or three sentences. Speak about yourself for 2 to 5 minutes.
